The assessment of immunogenicity biopharmaceuticals is a crucial step in the process their development. Immunogenicity related to activation adaptive immunity. complexity immune system manifests through numerous different mechanisms, which allows use approaches for predicting biopharmaceuticals. direct experimental are sometimes expensive and time consuming, or results need be confirmed. In this case, computational methods prediction appear as an appropriate complement drug design. review, we analyze various silico biomolecules: sequence alignment algorithms, subcellular localization, searching major histocompatibility complex (MHC) binding motifs, T B cell epitopes based on machine learning molecular docking, dynamics simulations. Computational tools antigenicity allergenicity also considered.
